- Solve big problem for large and/or rapidly-growing
market

A woman or an ethnic minority must be a substantial
owner or one of the Senior Executives, (CEO, COO
or CFO). One of the senior executives must have
had relevant entrepreneurial experience. |
- One
year to breakeven or profitability
|
- Have or be on a runrate for $1 million or more
in revenues with plans to grow to $20 million or
more within 5 years
|
- Prior seed round backing from founders, sophisticated
investors, and/or strategic partners
|
Our investments will typically be in the $100,000 to $500,000
range, with a reserve for follow-on investments. We expect
to lead and/or participate in a syndicate of other angel
investors in many circumstances.
