Terrence R. Wall
Terrence R. Wall, is the founder and President of T.
Wall Properties in Madison, Wisconsin, the single largest
office developer in Dane County. Mr. Wall has over
21 years experience in the real estate industry. He
is also President and a founder of Smart Growth Madison,
Inc., a local developer’s
association, and he serves on the board the Building
Owners & Managers Association of Wisconsin, Inc.,
and Neurognostics, Inc., a medical start-up company
founded by the Medical College of Wisconsin. Mr. Wall
is Executive Vice President of the Board of the Four
Lakes Council Boy Scouts of America and is an Eagle
Scout. He received a Bachelor degree in Economics in
and Masters of Science degree in Real Estate Appraisal
and Investment Analysis from the University of Wisconsin – Madison. |
