sectors and subordinated debt/equity financing to businesses
located in emerging communities and businesses owned by
ethnic minorities.
David Ward, Ph.D - President, North Star
Economics and former Senior Vice President and Chief
Academic Officer for the University of Wisconsin system,
the sixth largest system of higher education in the United
States. Dr. Ward was recently awarded the Chancellor's
Medallion for his long service in teaching and administration
